Here are five tools I am loving right now and I wanted to share them with you!

1. Google Calendar – I love keeping up with my schedule and “to-do list” with Google Calendar (online calendar). The neat thing is that I can check the calendar from my phone, iPad or computer.
2. HelloSign.com – If you need to sign a document or have customers sign contracts, you can use HelloSign.com to get their virtual signature. This replaces printing off a document, signing it and scanning it in OR mailing it.
3. StreamYard.com– I am in love with this software for Live Streaming. It allows me to show viewer comments on the screen, stream to 5 social media sites, and also play short videos! 4. Canva.com – I know you have heard me talk about this site before but it is perfect for “DIY” graphics for social media. Not only that but business cards, brochures, flyers, presentations, worksheets, and the list goes on. I use this site every single day.
5. MoonClerk.com –  This payment processing tool connects to Stripe which is similar to PayPal. What I love about MoonClerk is that you can set up any kind of payment plan or payment arrangements you would like. The client enters their credit card or bank account payment information and then the system automatically takes the payment out on the next due date. No more chasing invoices and payments!
