🎥 Example Reel: A therapist might say: “3 signs you’re ready to start therapy: You feel emotionally stuck, you’re tired of carrying it all alone, and you crave a safe space to heal.” Why it works: Educates, creates awareness, and normalizes getting help.
2️⃣ A Peek Into Your Process
🎥 Show behind the scenes—your intake process, how you prep for sessions, or even how you reset between clients. 🎙 Voiceover: “Ever wonder what working with me looks like? Here’s how I make sure every client feels seen and supported…” Why it works: Builds trust and transparency.
3️⃣ “This or That” Story Poll
📱 Use interactive Story stickers like “This or That” to learn about your audience:
“One-on-one sessions or group support?”
“Morning routines or evening wind-downs?” Why it works: Increases engagement and gives you content ideas for future posts based on their answers.
4️⃣ “Myth vs. Truth” Reel
🎥 Bust a common misconception about your industry or service. Example: “Myth: Therapy is only for people in crisis. Truth: It’s for anyone who wants to grow, heal, and thrive.” Why it works: Establishes expertise and breaks stigma.
🎥 Share a general transformation: “When she started, she was burnt out and overwhelmed. Now she’s setting boundaries, protecting her peace, and thriving.” Why it works: Highlights results without needing names or faces.
6️⃣ Quick Tip or Micro-lesson
🎥 Share one quick, helpful nugget. Example: “Therapist Tip: Name your emotions out loud—labeling helps reduce overwhelm and build emotional clarity.” Why it works:Adds value in 30 seconds or less = perfect for Reels!
7️⃣ Your “Why” Story
🎥 Talk to the camera or do a voiceover over clips of your day. 🎙 “I started this business because I saw too many women feeling stuck and unsupported—and I knew I could help change that.” Why it works: Taps into emotion, authenticity, and connection.
Pro Tip for Both Reels & Stories: Always include a clear CTA (call to action)—“DM me to learn more,” “Click the link in bio,” or “Share this with someone who needs it.”
