She said it, I didn’t!
Do you ever have those moments where you realize with crystal-clarity that this is the moment where everything changes?
Maybe you have. And maybe when you had that moment, you got goosebumps, your heart dropped into the pit of your stomach OR jumped into your throat, and the anticipation of what was right around the corner kept building.
That’s kind of what it felt like for Erica, a client of mine and a member of the Platform Builder Program.

“The end of 2019, was the start of something amazing for me, my brand and my business.
For the past 6 months, my emotions have been all over the place. I’ve experienced fear, anxiety, anger, gratefulness, love, and success. The end of 2019, was the start of something amazing for me, my brand, and my business. I made a decision to invest in my business and brand, and partnered up with an amazing coach Sharvette Mitchell. I’m overwhelmed with my emotions right now because I successfully completed the 6-month Platform Builders Program. I really didn’t know how I was going to manage it all. Being a caregiver of 2 parents who suffer with dementia, a mother of 2 phenomenal men, and working full-time as an Administrative Assistant for a great company. On top of that, I have my own business to manage as well. Thanks to Sharvette, I was able to upgrade my business, and I will take ALL that I’ve learned from her and apply it daily, by staying consistent and understanding that this journey is not a sprint but a marathon. The Platform Builder Program is made for real, actionable transformation. And I stand by the phrase, “let’s build something amazing.”
For too long we — female entrepreneurs — have been shoved to the side, discounted, and added to the bottom of the list (if we’re even on the list to begin with).
It’s time for us to build our own bank, make our own money, and build our own tables to sit at.
We have the potential for all things amazing in life and in business. So isn’t it time we started acting like it?
