Update Your Facebook Short BIO, here’s how! The Facebook short bio is a great place for marketing and showcasing your company. While you may have a business page on Facebook, you should think about your personal page as a marketing tool as well by updating your Facebook short bio. Directly under your profile picture is a section called the “short BIO”. It holds about 100 characters of text and you can edit and update it as often as you like. This section is PUBLIC so anyone ( Friend or not) looking at your page can see what you put in the short BIO. This is a good thing!
